Recommend “Perlas Go” and get GIFTS! Promotion rules

1. General Provisions
1.1. Promotion period: August 23, 2024 – April 14, 2025, inclusive.
1.2. The promotion is organized by UAB “Perlas Finance” (hereinafter – the Organizer or “Perlas Finance”).
1.3. Promotion participants. All users of the “Perlas Go” self-service website or mobile application (hereinafter – “Perlas Go”) who have met all the Promotion conditions during the Promotion period may participate:
– Having selected “Recommend to a friend” in the “Perlas Go” menu section and invited a user who does not yet have an account on “Perlas Go” and
– The invited new user registered on “Perlas Go” and paid three or more bills within one calendar month from registration.
The number of new users that an existing “Perlas Go” user can invite is not limited.
1.4. Employees of “Perlas Finance” and their family members may not participate in the promotion.

2. Promotion Prizes and Their Issuance and Use
2.1. The promotion prize is a €10 “Wolt” gift coupon, with a validity period of 6 months from the date of receipt.
2.2. The quantity of promotion prizes is unlimited.
2.3. Promotion prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
2.4. The promotion prize is received by both the existing user who invited a new user that registered and paid at least three bills within one calendar month, and the invited user who fulfilled the Promotion conditions.
2.5. The winners of the promotion prizes are informed of their win and the prizes are awarded personally via the email they provided when registering on “Perlas Go”.
2.6. Promotion prizes are awarded to users immediately after the Promotion conditions have been met.

3. Personal Data Processing
3.1. The controller of the personal data of the promotion participants is UAB “Perlas Finance,” legal entity code 301169732, registered office address Olimpiečių g. 15-1, LT-09237 Vilnius, tel. +370 5 2 75 17 51, email address: info@perlasfinance.lt.
3.2. Persons participating in the promotion agree that during the Promotion, the Organizer will process their specified personal data (name, surname, email address, phone number) for the purposes of organizing the promotion, awarding the prize, and informing about the prize won.
3.3. When processing personal data, the data controller adheres to confidentiality and the requirements of other legal acts regulating the protection of personal data.
3.4. When processing personal data, the data controller implements specific organizational and technical security measures that help protect data from disclosure and from any other unlawful processing. All personal data related to the organization and administration of the Promotion, and the determination and announcement of winners, will be stored during the Promotion period, but no longer than is necessary to achieve the goals of the Promotion, or until the Promotion participant requests the deletion of their personal data.

4. Final Provisions
4.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion conditions, including the Promotion period and prizes, by providing all the latest information on the website www.perlasgo.lt.
4.2. The Organizer is responsible for all potential tax obligations related to the Promotion.
4.3. All other matters not covered in these rules are regulated by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
